How Can We Help?   >  Overview

The 36th Ward Office is committed to providing outstanding service to our constituents.  Our office, located at 6839 W. Belmont Avenue, offers a variety of services ranging from regular city services to special programs for youth and seniors.  We are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  We remain open until every individual wishing to see Alderman Banks has been helped.

Please call us at (773) 622-3232 or stop by to see us anytime.  You may also submit requests directly to the City of Chicago by using the 311 City Services Online program.
