Class Descriptions:

Kickboxing - A cardio class that incorporates aerobics with boxing and karate moves.  Please bring a water bottle to class.

Fitness Class - Cardio Pump - An aerobic class that will also include light weightlifting.  Please bring 3-5 pound hand held weights.

Women's Weight Training - A class that teaches basic principles in the weight room.  A variety of exercises will be shown to give participants the right knowledge to plan their own weight lifting program.

Yoga/Pilates - A non-aerobic class focusing on stretching and increasing core strength.  Please bring a mat and 3-5 pound hand held weights.

Cross Training - Each week will have a new theme.  Workouts will incorporate strength trailing, plyometrics, flexibility and aerobic activity.

Fitness Center - An instructor will be available during this time to help you design a program for strength or weight loss.  Instructors will also work with you to develop proper form during your exercise routine.

Aerobics - A fun beginners aerobics class that will focus on cardiovascular training and strengthening.

Running Club - Y-Me Race for Breast ACancer (or any 5-10K race) training group.  Runs leave from the field house at 6 PM.

Stretching - This class is a low impact program of yoga, tai chi and walking.  Participants should wear comfortable clothes that they can move in.
